Currently we are looking for a "Service Desk Analyst" for our Chennai Center.

Job Description :
Primary Responsibility will be Ticket Handling within the SLA.
Handling Inbound, Outbound Calls and Emails

Desired Profile :

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic Computing Knowledge
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience In bound, Out Bound Calls and Emails
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 Support which is on Rotation basis weekly Once

Experience : 1 – 2 Years of Call center or Customer Care Experience OR Fresher with Excellent Communication Skill

Education : Any Graduate except BE & MCA
