Job Description :
Primary Responsibility will be Ticket Handling within the SLA.
Handling Inbound, Outbound Calls and Emails
Desired Profile :

- Experience In bound, Out Bound Calls and Emails
- Willingness to work in 24/7 Support which is on Rotation basis weekly Once
Experience : 1 2 Years of Call center or Customer Care Experience OR Fresher with Excellent Communication Skill
Education : Any Graduate except BE & MCA
