Customer Support: Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receives reviews and completes Customer Repair quotes on behalf of Eaton sites by utilizing standard templates, processes and pricing tools.
  • Receives reviews, completes and faxes Customer Spare request for quotes (RFQ) by following the processes defined and pricing tools provided.
  • Provide Customer Order Status to Customers defined by the Sites at the timeframe required by the sites and / or Customer
  • Accepts processes and validates purchase orders by following established business rules. Provides back up to emergency and / or requests for expedited order entry
  • Enters new orders from customers through multiple order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free order management and same-day order entry through multiple order entry systems, using established business rules. Emphasis is on error-free order management and same-day order entry.
  • Maintains accurate and organized quoting, order and order acknowledgments files.
  • Provides Customers and / or Distributors with product information or leverages internal resources to fulfill requests

Qualification: Fresh Graduates (B.com/ BBA/ B.Sc/ BCS/ BA etc) with no experience OR till 1 year of experience in customer service industry with excellent communication skills may apply and visit us on We would be conducting Walk-in on 13th June' 2009, Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
