- Any Graduate.
- Typing speed - 30 words per minute
- Willing to work in shifts (24/7).
- Work Experience : 0-24 months.
- Good verbal / written skills
The primary responsibility is to review monetary adjustments for accuracy , prior to releasing adjustment . It also involves reviewing of auto released monetary adjustments .These are adjustments that have already been posted to the customer's account .
