Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for the following posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat:
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 27 years. Age relaxation to reserve categories as per rules
Educational Qualification :
POST No. 1:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Desirable: Certificate in computer course recognised by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)/DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses) or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.
POST No. 2 : Bachelor's degree in Library Science from a recognised university.
Desirable: Certificate in computer course recognised by AICTE/DOEACC or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.
POST No. 3: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university and possessing minimum shorthand speed of 160 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English/Hindi.
Desirable: Certificate in computer course recognised by AICTE/DOEACC or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.
POST NO. 4:
Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) (i) Matriculation or equivalent; (ii) A valid commercial LMV/HMV licence; and (ii) Skill and experience in driving motor vehicles.

Selection Procedure :
Eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination/trade test/personal interview as per the following scheme :
I. A. Preliminary Examination for post nos. 1, 2 and 3:
The marks secured by the candidates in this paper will not be counted while preparing the final selection list. Only those candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in each component and aggregate in the Preliminary Examination will be called for the Main Examination/Stenography Test.
Examination for Post No. 5: Staff Car Driver : Written Test
The candidates will have to secure minimum 50% marks in the Trade Test.

Rs. 100/- in the form of Indian Postal Order or Bank DD payable at SBI, Sansadiya Saudha Branch, New Delhi in favour of Drawing and Disbursement Officer, Lok Sabha Secretariat. (SC/ ST/ PH and Ex-SM candidates are exempted)
