The Following are the Job Spec:-
POSITION"S: Sr. Core Java Developers/ Leads
Experience : 4.0 Years to 9 Years
Expectations and Skills Required:
1. Skills required : Core Java technologies.
Experience with NIO, JDBC, Multi-threading, Java 5
Experience with message processing/streaming desirable
Experience with performance tuning Java-based applications desirable
Experience with JPROBE or JPROFILER, JUNIT a plus
Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
Experience with JMX a plus.
2. Proficient in UML, OOAD.
3. Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
4. Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision.
5. Understanding of the project life cycle process.
