Job Description : The person would be involved in the strategy planning for operations of the company and would work very close to the directors of the company. The person would also be managing day-to-day operations of the company at Bangalore. This would involve logistics planning of trainings at Bangalore or at any other locations. He/She would be required to do some traveling to promote the company and sell it's services. We are looking for a young energetic candidate with a Zeal and Passion to feel the Vision of the company & work towards it.
- Logistic Planning and Coordination with trainers and facilitation of the training program
- Analyze market trend in Job market and determine training need of students / corporate.
- Coordinating with various Directors / Placement Heads of educational organization and presenting the sales pitch.
- Managing the day to day activity of the firm.
- Expanding the Trainer base
- Continuously on the look-out for new opportunities
- Handling the key client to ensure continuity of business.
- Contribute to sales / Quality target of the firm.
