Job Description : Working experience in technical voice support is mandatory.
Good Verbal and Written skills
Neutral accent
Call control both inbound and outbound
Situation handling on calls
Basics of technology – L1 Support (Presales/Postsales)

  1. OS -Windows/Linux/UNIX support
  2. Networking components, etc -Willing to work in shifts
  • ITIL knowledge advantage
  • Good Analytical & logical skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude & approach
  • Team player
  • Good Knowledge of quality & process

Eligibility : Graduates/ Post Graduates (BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc, BBM / ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA ), Candidates with Diploma can Apply – But Need to be 10 +2 +3.
Arts Graduates are however not eligible.
