Bachelors: Prefer Bachelors degree in Engineering. Other bachelor degree holders are welcome to apply.
Masters : Candidates with a full time MBA degree from the following schools only need apply – IIM Bangalore, IIM Kolkata, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, XLRI, NMIMS, SP Jain Institute of Management and ISB Hyderabad
Requirement Specification:
Ideal candidates should have the following background. Candidates will have the responsibility to build industry solutions and will be groomed to become account managers moving to local customer geographies over the next 2-3 years.
- At least 1-3 years of post MBA experience
- 2 Years of pre MBA experience working in technologies within IT/BPO industry would be preferred
- Should bring an open mind to work on any domain and organizational engagements
- Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills preferred
