Experience : 7+ years with a minimum of 2 years in Project Management in an IT / BPO organization
Qualification : Must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering. An MBA degree from a premier institute would be preferred.
Requirement Specification :
Ideal candidates at a minimum should have the following background:
- Should have in depth experience in managing IT / BPO projects across any Domain /
- Technology platforms
- Should be well versed with various effort estimation techniques, project planning tools and
- successfully managed projects profitably
- Should have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-
- functional teams
- Should have interfaced with customers independently
- Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills preferred
